Now the confinement is being relaxed we are back again at one of our favourite venues Le Bistrot Gourmand, Bars, on the 27th June.
Terry will also be appearing there on the 21st June as part of the Fete De La Musique

"Lock Down" due to CoronaVirus is now being relaxed, therefore, depending on the situation, rehearsals for French gigs will re-commence shortly.English gig rehearsals have been ongoing, during the crisis, thanks to "video conferencing"
We hope to see "the light at the end of the tunnel" very soon and can start playing again. Until then, our thoughts go out to everyone at this time of crisis.

TERRY "TEZZAH" HARRIS
Terry would like to say thank you for all the kind messages and well wishes. He is now recovering well from his bout of bronchitis and also the operation to remove the dialysis fistule from his left arm. The staples (42) are now out and the 3 scars are healing well. Terry will be back rehearsing on the 9th April for Tezzah's gig at Le Cent Pression on the 13th.

June 21st saw Terry
Tezzah Harris with one of his projects, The Feelin'
Blues Band, taking part in the Fete De La Musique. A day given
over to music. Large towns and cities such as Perigueux close
all roads, in to the city to traffic, and position groups of
all types, Blues Rock, Jazz etc throughout. A brilliant evening,
although a tad hot at 30 degrees C at midnight.

GUITAR SPECIAL, BARS, FRANCE
After performing earlier in the year, at Bars, France, with The
Feelin' Blues Band (another project Terry Tezzah Harris
is involved in) Terry
Tezzah Harris and Tezzah drummer
Dany Passignat
were invited to appear at a "Guitar Special" hosted
by Jeff Gautier (drummer with Jean-Jacques
Goldman) along with Patrick Barjou,
Pascal Evrad and Alain Willems.
What a great evening made special by a super audience. A quote
from Jeff, "Merci à tous!!! Ces musiciens présents,
hier soir au Bistrot nous ont apporté leur talents, leur
feeling , mais aussi leur qualités d'êtres humains,
comme on aime et çà, tout le monde le ressent au
plus profond, c'était magique !!! Bravo et encore merci
à tous!!!" (TRANSLATION "Thank you to all!!!
These musicians present, last night at the bistro have brought
their talents, their feeling, but also their qualities of human
beings, as we like and that everyone feels deep down. It was magic!!!

ENTENTE CORDIALE
After a brief period touring with Feelin' Blues,
Terry
Harris returns to the stage with Tezzah
on the 17th September at the Entente Cordiale, Abjat Sur
Bandiat, France.
This will also be the debut gig for new bassistJacky
Fief. Everybody involved with Tezzah
and Bish Bash Bosh Music welcome Jacky
and wish him well on his adventures with us.
Now fully recovered, following surgery in mid January,
we welcome back Dany
Passignat behind the drums.

AUGUST / SEPTEMBER CONCERTS
Tezzah embarked on a series concerts at the end of August and
into mid September. With Dany
Passignat on drums and Rogan
Child on bass a rockin' good time was had by all. With Terry's health stable more concerts are in
the pipeline.

TERRY "TEZZAH" HARRIS HEALTH
As many of you will know Terry's health, due to his kidney problems, took a turn for the worse during April, May and June. We are pleased to say that his health has greatly improved and he is back rehearsing for concerts from 28th August through to the 12th September. Terry, Bish Bash Bosh Music and all involved with Tezzah would like to say "Thank You" to all the friends and fans for their support during this time.

Tezzah will headline on the Saturday
evening of this two day festival. This is the 3rd time for this
festival and again proceeds will go to aid a child with a serious

CARLTON THEATRE
Unfortunately due to various circumstances TEZZAH will not be touring this year and therefore will not be performing at their annual Carlton Theatre Event in May. However, drummer Ian Loud will be there with one of his old bands Edison Lighthouse. It will be their first concert together for over 30 years.

French group "The Nice Frights"

Another top night at the Carlton Theatre, The Rockin'
Cocks, Saltstone, Tezzah and Linney Magic all turning in fine
performances to a very appreciative audience. This year's event
was filmed and recorded live,

Terry
Harris has just returned to France following rehearsals
in England for this year's concerts, including the annual Carlton
Theatre event.
Terry Harris will also undertake a series of "One Man Shows" this summer. Full details of all shows will be announced shortly.

TERRY HARRIS "ONE MAN SHOW"
Following his first solo concert for many years
at Chateau Queyras, France, Terry
Harris took his "One Man Show" on the road
during the summer. 
Playing to predominately Dutch and Belgian audiences and at one
time playing 8 shows in 10 days it was a great success with plans
to tour again next summer. Terry Harris is now taking a break
and writing new material for next year.

CAN'T HEAR YOU SAY
At long last the new single "Can't Hear You Say" is available as a free, yes free, download. Click here or go to the menu and click on Juke Box, then free downloads and follow the instructions. "Can't Hear You Say" is the first release for a long time we hope you like it and would appreciate any feedback you have.
CHATEAU QUEYRAS
As reported earlier, Terry
Harris will be playing a solo concert as part of
the Chateau Queyras, "Fête de la Musique" 
celebrations. The line up for the event also includes La Chorale
du Queyras, Marius Garrido, Désert et Derričre la Grange, Les
Synap's and The Nice Frights
(If you would like to go to the Nice Frights website, click on
Links from the Menu and then Nice Frights.) Terry will play an
accoustic set including a version of "Dancin' On Thin Ice"
and an electic set, including "Can't Hear You Say",
using backing tracks. It is the first time Terry has played a
solo concert for many a year, so as they say in France "Bon
Courage". Photo's and news of the concert will be in the
next update.

of our friends.

CONCERT DATES
The first concert with the new line-up will be on the 9th May 2009 in front of an invited audience to celebrate the first wedding anniversary of drummer Ian Loud.
Terry Harris will play a solo accoustic set, on the
21st June, at Chateau Queyras on the French/Italian border. More
details later in the month.

NEW LINE-UP
The first rehearsals with the new line-up of Terry
Harris, Ian Loud and Chris Yarwood 
took 
place last week at the Linney Studios, England.The rehearsals,
in preperation for concerts later in the year went well and there
is a good vibe for this new era of Tezzah.
Ian Loud & Terry Harris are working on the final mixes for the new album and it is hoped that the new single "Can't Hear You Say" will be available as a download on this site in the very near future.
